Pike Managers Meeting
About the Event
The 80th Pike Manager’s Meeting will be held March 9-12, 2025 at the Conrad Hotel in Orlando, FL, and your spouse/partner is also invited this year. Here are some details to assist with your planning: Location and Logistics The Conrad Hotel is located at 1500 Eastbeach Wy, Orlando, FL 32836. Check-in will start at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday March 9th, and departure will be at noon on Wednesday March 12th. Pike will be buying out the hotel for this event, so only Pike employees and spouses/partners will be onsite. There will be a group registration desk upon arrival to get your information packet and room keys. Travel expenses will be covered for both the Pike employee and partner/spouse on your P-Card, following your ordinary expense protocols. Meetings and Meals The agenda for the Managers Meeting will be slightly modified from recent years so that more time in the afternoon will be available each day to enjoy activities with your partner/spouse. While the agenda is not finalized, we anticipate starting on Sunday late afternoon and breaking on Monday and Tuesday by 2:00 p.m. and Wednesday at 12:00 p.m. Partners/spouses are invited to join the Manager’s Meeting for all evening meals and events (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday). Meal credits will be provided to partners/spouses for all other mealtimes at the hotel. Tuesday evening will be the Pike 80th gala, so bring your sport coat/dressy casual attire! Both indoor and outdoor spaces will be used for this event. Onsite and Offsite Activities At the 80th Managers Meeting, we will have fun games, a Pike Museum and the ability to win awards individually and as a team over the 3-day period. The hotel offers a spacious pool and beach area with lounge chair options, where you can enjoy food/drinks as well. Complimentary spa appointments will be available Monday through Wednesday. Signups will be available onsite when you arrive at the hotel. The Conrad Hotel also offers onsite activities that are available for individual and group signups, including morning yoga; pickleball; tennis and golf clinics; and a bicycle building challenge. Signups for these activities will be made available ahead of the meeting, so please stay tuned. Any questions, please email Sandy King at sking@pike.com.
